Next Chapter Coaching
Life and Menopause Wellness Coach based in the UK with a practical, grounded approach
There comes a point where something shifts.
What used to work, no longer fits, and you can't quite ignore it anynmore.
Hi, I’m Dee.
Founder of Next Chapter Coaching.
After nearly 30 years in a structured corporate environment, I reached that point myself.
I knew I didn't want to keep doing life the same way - but I didn't yet know what came next.
In recent years, I've navigated significant change including grief, perimenopause, and a complete re-evaluation of my identity.
I understand how disorientating these chapters can feel, and how isolating they can become.
Especially when you think you should be coping better.
Coaching Position
Now, I work with people in that same in-between space.
Whether it's midlife transition, menopause, or simply a sense that life needs to move in a different direction, my approach is structured, practical, and forward-focused.
Together, we'll understand what's happening, what matters, and what comes next.
Then we build a way forward that actually works for you.
How I work
Calm. Confidential. Grounded. Practical.
You won’t be rushed.
You won’t be indulged in endless over-thinking.
You will be supported, and gently challenged to move forward.

This is what it can feel like to work together:
"Working with Dee has been a genuinely grounding and positive experience, She's incredibly easy to talk to, which makes opening up feel natural rather than intimidating.
She really listens and meets you where you are, without judgement. When things feel overwhelming or unclear, she has a way of helping you find clarity and gently move towards what feels right for you.
Her support feels both practical and reassuring. I'd absolutely recommend her to anyone needing guidance, clarity, or simply someone who really understands."
